METHOD FOR PRODUCING A STABLE AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF A PRODUCT CONTAINING ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND A PRODUCT (VARIANTS)

The invention relates to the food industry and medicine, in particular to a method for producing a stable aqueous solution of a product containing active substances consisting in producing a suspension, embodied in the form of a nano-dispersed composition, by solubilizing an active substance or the combination of several active substances in a solubiliser (SAV), in subsequently introducing water or a water solution into the obtained suspension in such a way a stable transparent aqueous solution of a preparation is produced, wherein the weight ratio between the active substance or the combination of several active substances and the solubiliser ranges from 1.0:1.0 to 60.0 % by weight. The active substance can be embodied in the form of insulin, polynucleotide, growth hormones, antibodies, cytokines, ferments, aminoacids, vitamins etc. The SAV can be embodied in the form of a Cremophore RH-40, Solutol HS-15 and/or the structural or functional analogies thereof.
