A MEASURING SYSTEM FOR INNER DIAMETER OF AXLE HOLE

A measuring system for inner diameter of axle hole comprises a measuring apparatus, a laser measuring head, a laser ranger, an electric control system and an industrial control computer. The measuring apparatus comprises four stepmotors which drive a measuring car moving along the shaft of axle hole in axial direction, a measuring carriage translating, the measuring carriage lifting and the laser measuring head rotating respectively, the measuring car makes up of the measuring apparatus. The laser measuring head is used to measure and generate measuring data. The laser ranger is used to detect a forward distance of the measuring car in axial direction. The electric control system control the electrical interface and switch of the stepmotor, the laser measuring head and the industrial control computer. The industrial control computer is used to control data acquisition and processing and measuring process.
