PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a financing institution information processor, a financing system, a financing method and a financing program, in which a financeable ceiling is calculated after appropriate evaluation of an account receivable without being based on the presence of a third-party institution, and financing is executed based on the financeable ceiling.

SOLUTION: The financing institution information processor 10 comprises a basic credit amount calculation part 15 for calculating a basic credit amount for a customer company based on information for the customer company stored in a credit information DB 25; an additive credit amount calculation part 16 for calculating an additive credit amount for the customer company based on specification information of the account receivable owned by the customer company, which is stored in an account receivable specification information DB 22 and an evaluation result of a company of credit sales destination by a credit sales destination evaluation part 20; and a financeable frame calculation part 17 for calculating the financial ceiling to the customer company by calculating a total value of the basic credit amount calculated by the calculation part 15 and the additive credit amount calculated by the calculation part 16.
