<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat which can be firmly secured to a seat even when installed to the seat of a vehicle in either vehicle front-facing or rear-facing orientation. <P>SOLUTION: An ISO-FIX arm 11 is set in both forward and rear end faces of a base 10 in the child seat 1. A handle 30 is installed in a backrest 22. A tether 40 extends from the handle 30. When the child seat 1 is installed to the seat 50 in the vehicle front-facing direction, the handle 30 is made to rotate backward as far as brought in contact with a stopper 29. The tether 40 is pulled backward to the vehicle. A hook 42 of the tip is hung to a tether anchor 55 of the rear panel 54 installed to the vehicle backward much more than the seat 50 so as to connect the rear panel 54 and the handle 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
