<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute a video image that is optimally corrected in response to a climate or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Network cameras 3 are arranged at scenic spots in each place. Further, means 5 for sensing a climate and a season or the like are also arranged. Photographed video images are transmitted to and stored in a first video image storage means 4 via a network 2, and a video correction means 8 applies correction in response to the climate or the like to the stored video images, and a video distribution server 10 distributes the video images after the correction to each user terminal 9. Thus, the video images optimally corrected in response to the climate and the season or the like (e.g. a video image imaging vividly fresh green from spring to summer, and a video image imaging clearly blue of a sea in summer) are distributed, and each user can enjoy the scenery as if to make a visit to the place. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
