<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing soymilk and bean curd intended for solving an environmental problem and a resource problem to satisfy health orientation, and efficiently producing soymilk and bean curd having smooth feeling in the throat and mild palate feeling without damaging protein. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the soymilk comprises passing boiled ground soybean juice through a micronizing device made of a screen with extrusion pressure of 10-30 MPa so as to bring an average particle diameter of 10-50 μm, and homogenizing the product with homogenizing pressure of 30-80 MPa.
