<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amorphous hard carbon coating film containing less hydrogen, substantially consisting of carbon, excellent in adhesiveness to a base material, high in hardness and excellent in wear resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The amorphous hard carbon coating film comprises a first amorphous hard carbon layer formed on a surface of a base material and substantially consisting of only carbon, and a second amorphous hard carbon layer formed on a surface of the first amorphous hard carbon layer and substantially consisting of only carbon. When viewed from the section, a transmission electronic microscopic image of the first amorphous hard carbon layer is brighter than that of the second amorphous hard carbon layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
