<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle operation device capable of giving good operation feeling to a user riding on a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle operation device 1 is constituted as a pointing device specifying the position corresponding to the screen of a display device 6 mounted on the vehicle, and equipped with a haptic device (tactile sense device) 2 mounted to an instrument panel for the vehicle or the like, and a controller 10 controlling this. The haptic device 2 has a track ball part 21 operated by the user, and the controller 10 controls motors 31, 32 so as to add an operation reaction force against the direction to be operated to the track ball part 21, and controls the motors 31, 32 so as to combine the force in the same direction as the acceleration (namely, the force opposite to the inertia force acting on the user) detected by an acceleration sensor 51 with the operation reaction force to be added to the track ball part 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
