<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper postprocessor for improving arranging performance by introducing paper to a standby tray by regulating the paper supplied from an image forming device when postprocessing the paper. <P>SOLUTION: This postprocessor has a pair of paper feeding rollers carrying the paper to the downstream side by receiving the paper supplied from the image forming device, the standby tray staying in standby by receiving the fed paper, and a rotatable assist arm projectingly arranged on the paper delivery side of the paper feeding rollers, for delivering the paper by postprocessing the paper supplied from the image forming device. The assist arm is rotated by using torque of a motor capable of normal-reverse rotation, and guides so as to deliver the paper carried from the paper feeding rollers as it is along a carrying passage when the motor normally rotates, and rotates so as to press a rear end part of the paper delivered from the paper feeding rollers to the standby tray side when the motor reversely rotates, and guides the paper to the standby tray by regulating the paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
