<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system that can implement operation management by notifying appropriate alighting information to portable terminals carried by passengers riding on moving vehicles such as buses or trains. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless relay device 12 communicates with wireless LAN terminals 13 to 15 via a local network 2 configured on the moving vehicle 1, and the wireless relay device 12 communicates with a data center 10 and a WWW server 5 via a network 4. The wireless LAN terminal 13 registers in advance alighting reservation information to reserve alighting at a desired stop and an identifier identifying itself in an alighting reservation information storage part 255 of the wireless relay device 12. When the moving vehicle 1 approaches the desired stop, an alighting reservation information notification part 254 checks the identifier and notifies the alighting reservation information to the wireless LAN terminal 13.
