PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium intercom system capable of securely causing each living room master unit to give notice of earthquake information when an earthquake occurs, and capable of reducing costs since an earthquake sensing means is not required to be installed in each dwelling unit. SOLUTION: The condominium intercom system comprises: a collective entrance unit 1 installed in the entrance of a condominium, living room master units 3 installed in each dwelling unit of the condominium, respectively, and called by the collective entrance unit for establishing a speech; an earthquake recognition device 6 for recognizing and transmitting the earthquake information such as earthquake intensity, seismic centers, or the like owing to the earthquake occurrence; and a controller 2 for controlling the collective entrance unit, the living room master units, and the earthquake recognition device, respectively. The controller is provided with a control means 24 for controlling to transmit the earthquake information recognized by the earthquake recognition device to the living room master units.
