<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a client to change an address, a telephone number or the like in one operation, to protect personal credit information, and to prevent economic disadvantage. <P>SOLUTION: In a service for printing and delivering an address change application, a member applying for an address change notification writes a necessary item into the address change application printed with an old address and a new address, impresses his or her seal on the address change application, puts the address change application into a return envelope printed with the new address, and posts it into a mailbox.
