PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a caller ID notification synchronizing with an incoming call signal regardless the scale of a device. SOLUTION: An analog line interface 101 shows and outputs an incoming call signal presence or absence information which shows whether or not the incoming call signal is received at a predetermined position on a highway. A received caller ID is output to a speech signal path connected by a system control part 103, and the incoming call signal presence or absence information is detected from on the highway by an analog extension interface 102. The caller ID is detected from the speech signal path, the incoming call signal is generated based on the detected incoming call presence or absence information, and the generated incoming call signal and the detected caller ID are sent out to an analog extension.
