PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to efficiently select audio when simultaneously receiving a plurality of motion pictures. SOLUTION: A multichannel display device comprises: a plurality of receivers for receiving a broadcast of a designated channel and outputting video and audio of the program; a meta-information storage section for storing meta-information; a first channel designation section for designating different receiving channels; an evaluation section which analyzes a plurality of received motion picture data to evaluate priority information for the plurality of motion pictures; a first video composer for composing the video from the receivers on the basis of the priority information; and a first audio selector for selectively outputting audio of a highest priority from among the audio from the receivers.
