PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information signal transmission apparatus capable of ensuring electric power path and an information path, at the same time, with superior work efficiency, and to provide a wiring system. SOLUTION: The information signal transmission apparatus, wherein an information signal transmitted through an information line L2 are a multiplexed digital signal, on the basis of a synchronization signal generated by a master unit and transmitted to wiring, includes power connectors 11A, 11A' electrically connected directly to another functional unit that receives electric; information connectors 11B, 11B' for transmitting/receiving the information signal to/from other functional units; a demultiplexer section 32 for multiplex-transmitting the information signal, on the basis of the synchronization signal from the master unit and receiving and demodulating the information signal multiplex-transmitted through the information signal line L2 on the basis of the synchronization signal; an information signal multiplex transmission processing section 33; a microphone M1 for converting an acoustic signal into an electrical signal and transmitting the electrical signal via an A/D conversion section 35b; and a loudspeaker SP for outputting sound information transmitted via a D/A conversion section 35h.
