PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a case where a load opening/closing part is erroneously brought into a closed state when power consumption of a control section increases. SOLUTION: A rectification section 2 connects an input terminal thereof with terminals 10, 11 of a triac 1 and fully rectifies AC power from an AC power source AC. When a control signal of a control section 3 becomes a high level, a third power source section 6 is turned on and supplies power to a capacitor 4. When a charging completion detection section 7 detects the capacitor 4 is completely charged thereafter, a charging completion signal is output to the control section 3. The control section 3 then causes a gate current of a magnitude required for turning on the triac 1 to flow to the triac 1 and the triac 1 is turned on. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
