PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire information required for controlling position management with a simple method without performing a special operation. SOLUTION: An apparatus Hn transmits an apparatus ID to an apparatus management device A1 by predetermined communication to be started depending on connection of the apparatus to a port of a concentrator C0. The concentrator C0 transmits port number information of the port connected to the apparatus Hn to the apparatus management device A1, as the apparatus ID is transmitted from the apparatus Hn.
