PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular pump, in which defective sucking of liquid is prevented, torque fluctuations of a motor are stabilized, and noise of a motor is reduced. SOLUTION: In the tubular pump 100, a rotating part 130 moving an abutment part 120 along a tube part 110 is provided with a liquid sucking part to which the abutment part is disposed when the tubular pump sucks the liquid, a non-sucking part of liquid to which the abutment part is disposed when the tubular pump does not suck the liquid, and a connection part for these parts. A ring-like member 160 for leveling load with respect to moving torque is formed between the tube part and the abutment part, and non-slip parts 120a, 160a are formed on an abutment part side of the ring-like member and/or the outside of the abutment part.
