PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a split core consisting of a green compact, with the diametrical inner ends trued up accurately on the same circumference. SOLUTION: The constitution of being equipped with the split cores 1 which are arranged annularly and consist of the green compacts, wedge members 2 which are fitted between adjacent split cores 1, 1 stated above, and a fastening member which fastens each split core 1 stated above in its diametrical direction is adopted for a stator.
