PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts of a bearing portion and the thickness of a flat motor by integrating a bearing and a commutator fixed part and construct them of one resin part. SOLUTION: A small motor includes: a fixed shaft that is fixed in the respective centers of a case and a case lid and does not rotate; and a rotor rotatably supported around the fixed shaft. The rotor includes a resin part that is in slidable contact with and supported on the outer circumferential surface of the fixed shaft, functions as a bearing, and is in a cylindrical shape as a whole. A commutator piece having a flat plate-like brush slidable contact face is fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the resin part together with a magnetic pole core with winding wound thereon.
