PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure usage attitude that a back rest body is directed to a front side and is projected from a back rest mounting wall to an inner side in a left/right direction and to make the back rest to a shape along a seat mounting wall part regarding the back rest of an auxiliary seat device positioned at a left side of a driver's seat of a tractor and mounted to the seat mounting wall part in an inclination shape that it downward transfers as it advanced to a front side and in an inclination shape that it transfers to a left side as it advances to a front side. SOLUTION: The back rest 26 is provided with a mounting bracket 64 for mounting the back rest body 63 to the back rest mounting wall 29, and the mounting bracket 64 supports the back rest body 63 such that a clearance of the back rest body 63 and the back rest mounting wall 29 is enlarged as it advances to a right side at usage attitude. The mounting bracket 64 is supported on the back rest mounting wall 29 turnably around an axis perpendicular to the back rest mounting wall 29 by a turning support shaft 72 provided at a position close to a left side of the back rest 26 such that a right side of the back rest 26 is downward moved.
