The mattress has multiple fasteners (9-12) provided, where the fasteners fix a person to the mattress. Multiple supporting devices e.g. stretcher belts (32-35), and dragging devices (30, 31) are provided, where the fasteners, the supporting devices and the dragging devices are connected positively with the mattress by a mattress cover of a mattress body (8). The fasteners, the supporting devices and the dragging devices are glued, fused and/or sewed with the mattress.
