The system has optical units for forming an eye-piece (5a) and observing an image (1) with an eye of an observer in an observing position (6) defined by the design of the system. A beam splitter (4) and an eye-tracker (3) control a position of the eye of the observer. The beam splitter divides an entire optical path into two optical paths, where one of the optical paths corresponds to the image coordinated to the observing position and the other optical path corresponds to the observing position coordinated to the eye tracker. The two paths overlap each other.
