Pharmaceutically active substance for treating tumor diseases, comprises at least a non-purified poison aggregate obtained from animals of the genus Sicarius, preferably of the species Sicarius oweni. An independent claim is included for a method for the production of active substance comprising incubating, saturating and then cooking the mouth secretion and mixing the processed secretion with a saline solution.
