The present invention relates to heavy construction equipment, and more particularly to an armrest device for heavy construction equipment capable of adjusting an operating position and an angle according to a user s body size. The armrest device according to the present invention comprises: an armrest (20) selectively fixed to a seat bracket (10) secured at a seat; a fixation unit (30) disposed at the armrest (20) for movement in fore and back directions (FBD) and rotatably inserted into the seat bracket (10) to selectively fix the armrest (20) to the seat bracket (10); and an operation panel (40) provided with an operation lever (41) and rotatably disposed relative to the armrest (20).
