<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable transfer sheet making the thickness of DVD, etc., thin, being advantageous for the production of a high capacity optical information-recording medium, easily peeling off a stamper without peeling a transfer layer of the cured transfer sheet from a reflecting layer such as a silver alloy, etc., after curing the sheet and therefore, easily obtaining the accurate forms of convexo-concave signal surface such as pits, etc. <P>SOLUTION: This photocurable transfer sheet having a photocurable transfer layer consisting of a photocurable composition which is deformable by compression, is provided with that the photocurable composition contains a polymer and a reactive diluting agent having a photopolymerizable functional group, and also the polymer has an SH group.
