摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to form a conductor path in which a material is applied to the surface of a component by a thermal spraying process, and to provide the component. <P>SOLUTION: Before thermal spraying is performed, the surface 8 of a component 2 is particularly subjected to laser beam machining, and a non-adhered region provided with a surface structure having knob-shaped projections is formed. The surface structure having knob-shaped projections is the structure provided with a plurality of individual knob-shaped spot-like projections. These knob-shaped projections are formed particularly into a semi-spherical shape in this case, thus a spherically curved surface is formed. The surface with this shape has extremely reduced adhesion properties and extremely reduced wettability to the material subjected to thermal spraying.
