PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means of a method for simultaneously mass-producing a sub-unitαand a sub-unitβofβ-hexosaminidase. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following steps: (i) a step of constructing an expression vector Xαfor expressing a fluorescent protein X and the sub-unitα, (ii) a step of constructing an expression vector Yβfor expressing a fluorescent protein Y and the sub-unitβ, (iii) a step of transfecting the expression vector Xαand the expression vector Yβinto an animal cell, (iv) a step of isolating a cell population for expressing the fluorescent protein X and the fluorescent protein Y according to a flow cytometric method and (v) a step of recovering the sub-unitαand the sub-unitβfrom a cultured product of the isolated cell population.
