PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control device used to increase an accuracy for determining erroneous depressing and take a proper measure according to drivers when an erroneous depression occurs. SOLUTION: This travel control device 1 comprises an accelerator stroke sensor 11 detecting the stroke of an accelerator pedal and an erroneous depressing determination ECU 10 and a travel support ECU 30 reducing the opening of a throttle according to an increase in the accelerator stroke in the area where the accelerator stroke is larger than the distance up to the full open position WOT. When the accelerator pedal is returned to a first area, the erroneous depressing determination ECU 10 and the travel support ECU 30 drive a throttle valve 35 according to a decrease in the accelerator stroke. When the accelerator pedal is returned to a second area, they hold the opening of the throttle according to a decrease in accelerator stroke.
