<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency module for preventing the deterioration of the characteristics of an inductor due to the influence of currents running through the inductor part as one example of a circuit part having inductivity, and for achieving thinner making without making the thickness of the inductor part thick. <P>SOLUTION: This high frequency module 10 is configured of an insulating buffer layer 12 formed on a substrate 11; a solid electrode 13 as a second circuit part; an insulating layer 14; and an inductor electrode 15 as a first circuit part.
