PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication equipment for surely transmitting data to the destination requested by a user. SOLUTION: This communication equipment is provided with a communication control part 7 for controlling facsimile communication; a line control part 8 for controlling an interface with a line; and a network control part 9 for controlling a network. This communication equipment is provided with an operation part 6 for selecting an arbitrary destination from among a plurality of types of destinations registered in an address book and a system control part 1 for transmitting data through the communication control part 7, the line control part 8 or the network control part 9 to the selected destination.
