PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a high frequency amplifier circuit and to facilitate the circuit design. SOLUTION: The other end of a capacitor C1 connected to the emitter terminal of a transistor Q1 is grounded. Similarly, the other end of a capacitor C2 connected to the emitter terminal of a transistor Q2 is grounded. The capacitances of the capacitors C1 and C2 are of course the same. Also, the collector terminal of the transistor Q1 is connected through an inductor L1 to a DC power source. Similarly, the collector terminal of the transistor Q2 is connected through an inductor L2 to the DC power source. A code V<SB>cc</SB>shown in the figure indicates the feeding potential (>0) of the DC power source. The emitter terminals of the transistors Q1 and Q2 are both connected to the same end of the inductor L0, and the other end of the inductor L0 is grounded through a constant current path y1.
