PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wire electronic switch capable of decreasing oscillation of a load current flowing through a load. SOLUTION: When a control signal of a control section 3 reaches a high level, a second power supply section 6 is turned on to supply power to a first power supply section 4. Thereafter, when a cathode level of a Zener diode 70 of a charging end detection section 7 is higher than a Zener voltage, a pulse generating circuit section 71 receives a detection signal from the Zener diode 70 and outputs a pulse signal to a thyristor drive section 81 for a fixed period. While the thyristor drive section 81 receives the pulse signal after that, a gate current with a magnitude required for turning on the thyristor 80 flows through the thyristor 80 to bring the thyristor 80 to a turn-on state, and the load current flows from a rectifier section 2 to the thyristor 80.
