PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage selecting circuit which has no power loss and outputs a voltage equal to an input voltage as an output voltage stably. SOLUTION: The voltage selecting circuit is constituted: so that a control signal is input in a first invertor INV1 and a third invertor INV3; so that a connection is achieved so as to input an output of the first invertor INV1 in a second invertor INV2 and a gate of a fourth MOSFET (M12), so that the output of the second invertor INV2 to be input in the gate of a first MOSFET (M9), so that the output of the third invertor INV3 to be input in a fourth invertor INV4 and the gate of a third MOSFET (M11) and so that the output of the fourth invertor INV4 to be input in the gate of a second MOSFET (M10), each, so that a first input voltage V1 selected by the control signal is input in a source of the second MOSFET (M10); and so that a second input voltage V2 selected by the control signal IN is input in the source of the fourth MOSFET (M12).
