PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slave unit, a master unit, a radio communication system and a network setting method to set the network automatically. SOLUTION: The slave unit is provided with an identifier setting means to set the identifier to show the slave unit noticed from the master unit. The master unit is provided with an identifier obtaining means to obtain the identifier of the slave unit and an identifier noticing means to notice the identifier to the slave unit.
