PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift the phase of an input signal, without making the attenuation amount of signal vary. SOLUTION: When "0" is supplied to a section 111 from an amplifier 101; transmission lines 11 and 14 are biased to "Lo" level, and an input signal Pin passes through a transmission line 12. When "1" is supplied to the section 111, the transmission lines 11 and 14 are biased to "Hi" level, and the input signal Pin passes through a transmission line 13. Transmission lines 12 and 13 cope with the situation by having a concave profile. Consequently, the attenuated amount of signal will not vary, even when the input signal Pin passes via the transmission line 13, as compared with the case when the input signal Pin passes via the transmission line 12, and the amplitude of the input signal Pin can be made constant, even if the phase is shifted.
