PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open and close an air passage by a small and simple mechanism, and to reduce the generation of an abnormal sound. SOLUTION: A slide door 30 for opening and closing an opening of the air passage 12 is constituted of a plurality of sheets of thin sheet members 31 to 34 laminated in an air flow direction. Each of the thin sheet members 31 to 34 has each opening and each of passage shielding parts 31c to 34c. The passage shielding parts 31c to 34c are laminated in stepwise deviated states to determine the shielding range of the air passage 12. This opening and closing device is provided with a windward side vibration control rib 21 to generate elastic reactions in the thin sheet members 31 to 34 by pressing the thin sheet members 31 to 34 on the leeward side in windward side regions of the thin sheet members 31 to 34.
