The invention relates to a duct cleaning system comprising a tubular sleeve (3) and an apparatus for inserting the sleeve (3) into the duct (20). The aforementioned apparatus includes a driving disk (1), to which the tubular sleeve (3) is fixed, and at least one guide body (2) having a smaller diameter than the inside diameter of the duct. One of the bases of the guide body (2) is connected axially to the driving disk (1) while the opposing base is provided with means (4) for connecting a cable in order to drive the assembly. In addition, the guide body (2) is fitted with a plurality of supports wheels (5, 6) having axes that are perpendicular to the axis of the guide body (2).
