<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the speed of acquiring user information by solving performance disadvantages of a self-description type ticket. <P>SOLUTION: An authentication ticket management system for, when a client receives a service provided by a server, creating and providing for the client an authentication ticket in response to an authentication request from the client and providing corresponding user information in response to a decoding request from the server about the authentication ticket included in a service request from the client comprises a temporary data holding part, having higher access speed than a user management DB for managing user information, for storing user information acquired from the user management DB.
