<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a jam-like material-wrapped food obtained by wrapping an ingredient material containing a juicy fluid, and to provide a method for continuously producing the jam-like material-wrapped food obtained by wrapping an inner material containing the fluid with a low viscosity. <P>SOLUTION: The jam-like material-wrapped food including the juicy ingredient material as the inner material can be efficiently obtained by wrapping the fluid having the low viscosity with dried bean curds, dipping the wrapped product in a batter solution, and deep-frying the product to prevent the inner material from leaking out at the production of the jam-like material-wrapped food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
