PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selected information concealing card which can make a lottery etc. high in quality and give an unexperienced pleasant feeling by folding and opening the card, and besides, excitement to him/her in selecting concealed information during opening the card. SOLUTION: This selected information concealing card has a fold 3a for exposing information to be selected on a thin back sheet 3 of less flexibility, then perforations 1a or 1b are formed in a pair of release sheets 1 and 2, respectively, and further, the paired release sheets 1 and 2 are pasted so as to be releasable along both surfaces of the back sheet 3 set between the fold 3a and the perforations 1a and 1b arranged in a superposed fashion. When the back sheet 3 is folded, only one of the paired release sheets 1 and 2 is cut apart by a stretching force, of the knick side which counters a compression force working on the root side of the fold 3a.
