摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide intake structure for an internal combustion engine, a variable intake device and an airflow control device provided with a valve suitable for controlling a flow of air in an intake passage. <P>SOLUTION: The variable intake device has: a high-speed intake passage 17 and a low-speed intake passage 16 of lengths different from each other which are joined together; a belt-type valve 31 disposed at a position where the high-speed intake passage 17 and the low-speed intake passage 16 are joined together; and a motor for driving the belt-type valve 31. An opening part 32 is formed in the belt-type valve 31 so as to allow the air to flow through the high-speed intake passage 17 and the low-speed intake passage 16. When the airflow of the high-speed intake passage 17 is blocked by the belt-type valve 31, the opening part 32 is positioned at a portion for allowing the air to flow through the low-speed intake passage 16. When the airflow of the low-speed intake passage 16 is blocked by the belt-type valve 31, the opening part 32 is positioned at a portion for allowing the air to flow through the high-speed intake passage 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p>
