PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand grip with a vibration damping device for a hand tool device which prevents co-rotation with a support element of an outer sleeve and transmitting a large rotation moment at attachment/detachment. SOLUTION: The hand grip 2 for the hand tool device 4 is provided with: the outer sleeve 10; the support element 22 at least partially extending in a direction of an axis A in a longitudinal direction in the outer sleeve 10; a rotation fixing means 6 at least partially rotated/connected to the support element 22 and capable of fixing the hand grip 2 to the hand tool device 4; and a resilient vibration damping device 24 for retaining the outer sleeve 10 while leaving it from the support element 22 in a radial direction. An outer profile 36 having an outer profile projection 38 projected to an outer side in a radial direction is provided on the support element 22, and the outer profile projection 38 is arranged in a clearance between inner profile projections 44 projected to an inner side in a radial direction in an inner profile 50 of the outer sleeve 10 over at least a range in an axis direction of the vibration damping device 24.
