PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring system wherein even when power consumption of any of a plurality of function modules is increased, no deficiency of supply power to the function module is caused. SOLUTION: A power line Lp and information lines Li interconnect between a basic module 1 and the function modules 2. The basic module 1 can supply power to each function module 2 via the information lines Li. Each function module 2 includes a sub power supply circuit 25 using the power supplied through the power line Lp to provide a power supply to an internal circuit 20. A limit circuit 26 monitors a current supplied to the internal circuit 20 and places a limit on an upper limit of an output current of the sub power supply circuit 25. A selection circuit 24 supplies power supplied through the information lines Li to the internal circuit 20 together with an output of the sub power supply circuit 25 for a period when the current supplied to the internal circuit 20 exceeds the upper limit of the output current of the sub power supply circuit 25.
