PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce mutual interference between a plurality of incandescent bulbs for more effectively emitting light to a heating roller when a plurality of incandescent bulbs are used. SOLUTION: An incandescent bulb 100 is constructed by housing a light emission part 12 emitting light by power supply and a conductive non-light emission part 13 connected to each other in series in the longitudinal direction of a tubular bulb 11, filling the tubular bulb 11 with inert gas, forming pinch seals 191 and 192 at both ends of the bulb 11, and leading out lead wires 181 and 182 from both ends of the light emission part 12 and the non-light emission part 13 connected to each other in series. An incandescent bulb 200 is constituted in a similar way to that of the incandescent bulb 100 except positions of the light emission part 22 and the non-light emission part 23. The incandescent bulbs 100 and 200 can be turned on/off separately. In this way, light emission not interfering with a pair of tubular incandescent heaters can be carried out when a plurality of tubular incandescent heaters with predetermined light emission distribution are used.
