PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality notification device for surely notifying the occurrence of abnormality while preventing the decrease of the residual charge quantity of a battery. SOLUTION: A time that a voice message indicating the occurrence of abnormality is notified by a voice recording/reproducing part 18 is integrated, and when the integrated time reaches a target notification time, a battery 21 of a mobile phone 2 is charged in a fixed period.
