PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber weir which ensures proper repairability together with an increase in the adhesion of a cover rubber 2 to a reinforcing rubber layer 3, while securing excellent weatherability. SOLUTION: In this rubber weir, an outer shell body is composed of a laminate, the inner layer of which is the reinforcing rubber layer 3 constituted by coating a fiber reinforced body with coat rubber, and the outer layer of which is composed of the cover rubber 2 containing at least ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer rubber. The coated rubber is composed of a rubber composition in which a natural rubber and/or a styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber of 50 mass% or more are/is contained as a rubber component; and the cover rubber 2 is composed of a rubber composition in which the ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer rubber of 35-50 mass%, and the natural rubber and/or the styrene/butadiene copolymer rubber of 50-65 mass% are contained as rubber components.
