PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational vibration generator capable of obtaining a great rotational force, and capable of restraining vibration other than a rotational component to acquire easily an accurate data. SOLUTION: This vibration generator is constituted of a rotary table arranged with a plurality of VCM magnetic circuits and VCM coils radially and uniformly around a circumference of a rotary shaft. The vibration generator includes a means for connecting the respective VCM coils in series to be electrified, or a means for connecting a vibration controller, a signal generator and an electric power amplifier to control a rotation angle, an angular velocity and an angular acceleration of the rotary table, further a means for installing a vibration sensor on the rotary table to carry out feedback, and a means for inputting an optional waveform signal to execute an objective test mode, or the like.
