PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a timing of data out of a DUT sometimes becomes earlier than a timing of STRB in a conventional inspection system. SOLUTION: This inspection system 1 includes a DUT 10, a DUT 20, a driver 30, a comparator 40, a comparator 50 and an electronic relay 70. An input terminal 12 of the DUT 10 is connected to the driver 30 through wiring 62. The comparator 40 is connected to an output terminal 14 through wiring 64. An input terminal 22 of the DUT 20 is connected to the input terminal 12 of the DUT 10 through wiring 66. The comparator 50 is connected to an output terminal 24 through wiring 68. In this case, the electronic relay 70 is provided in the wiring 66. The electronic relay 70 passes an inspection signal in the on state, and blocks the inspection signal in the off state.
