PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine in treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) such as urgency of urination, frequent urination, nocturnal polyuria or urgency incontinence. SOLUTION: PDE5 inhibitor and muscarine antagonist are particularly useful when they are together used for treatment of LUTS. Consequently, the pharmaceutical preparation is a two-component preparation selected from sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and pharmacologically permissible salt thereof as the PDE5 inhibitor and selected from darifenacin, oxybutynin, tolterodine, solifenacin and pharmacologically permissible salt thereof as the muscarine antagonist.
